Health and Wellness (H&W) Coaching

The H&W Coaching Process:

1. Exploration & Evaluation of Current Health Status - Gaining clarity of where you are at enables you to visualise what you want to achieve - a vision of your best future self (your personal health goals). This is the ultimate source of your motivation for making changes to your current lifestyle.

2. Co-creation of Wellness Plan - Based on your vision of your best future self, we work together to identify key ‘areas of focus’  (e.g. improve sleep quality) which then enable us to formulate specific action steps (e.g. refrain from screen-time 1 hour before bed) that are integral to successfully achieving your vision.

3. Build Support & Accountability - I support you in the implementation of your behaviour-change commitments which are actively tracked to monitor your progress. We also ensure you are equipped with the support and resources you need to be successful.

4. Tracking Progress - We will continually evaluate what is working well, celebrate successes and also address any challenges you encounter. In doing so, we maintain your momentum towards your health goals, making the changes sustainable in the long term.

5. Consolidation & Expansion - The process of reflection on where you started and where you are now serves to consolidate the changes that you have successfully made and provides the opportunity for expansion of your personal wellness-related aspirations.
